Proofreading and Editing
We all make typos and spelling errors. There's a good chance I'll make one (or three) in this post. And if you scroll through a few of my posts, you're bound to find others. But there are times that it is worth the effort or cost to have someone review your work.
I read a tweet today from the White House about the opioid crisis. It's a terrible problem affecting our country. I live in Seattle, and you see evidence of it daily. It's heart-breaking. The tweet was poorly written. I definitely agree that the message is the most important thing. But after you've got the message, take that extra bit of time and make sure it's conveyed in the best way. I think the following items should have been reworded:
"stories of despair of shock"
"is asking every Americans"
