That Classic Chrome look

I mainly shoot JPGs (Fine) with my Fujifilm X Series cameras. I just really like the look of them right out of the camera. If I’m shooting color, it’s generally set to Classic Chrome. It’s a popular film simulation setting, but there’s a particular look to some Classic Chrome photos that I haven’t had much luck replicating.
If you follow the Classic Chrome hashtag on Instagram, you’ll see a lot of night shots that have this cool (temperature) and clean, blue lighting that can look pretty eerie or futuristic. I don’t know if they’re getting those shots primarily through the setting or through post processing.
I was walking around last night and thought I saw an opportunity, but I still couldn’t get it.
