On the Streets: Moonlight

I was walking around Capitol Hill the other day, stopped, looked up, and saw a nice crescent moon. I’m embarrassed to admit that I’m not sure if it’s waxing or waning. I’d have been a terrible contributor for Poor Richard’s Almanac. After I post this it’s off to Wikipedia to brush up on lunar cycles.
