That time I met Orthrus

That time I met Orthrus

I cooked tonight. Fired up some potatoes, chickpeas, spinach, and garlic in a skillet. Tasty Chow Hall Eats. I ate too many potatoes. I love potatoes, but they make me tired. Or maybe I'm deflecting. Out of shape...cough cough.

I'm about to complain about cooking for one, but let's keep it in perspective. It's blogcomplaining. I'm grateful for having food in the fridge. I bought a bag of those small potatoes (technical term) the other day, and I quickly went overboard. Bourdain was right - bring back Home Economics. I need to get better at making leftovers last through the week. Or until morning.

Segue.

Seattle has a lot of comic con events. I've always liked shooting photos there. People are so creative. While flipping through some old photos, I remembered that I bumped into Orthrus at one of the cons. Thought about asking for an autograph but didn't want to lose a finger.

Orthrus, Seattle, 2018.

Still here? That's all I've got tonight. Wasn't much, but I felt like posting. Hope you're doing well. The vaxxes will soon be available to everyone. Let's hope we're turning the corner.
