Hmm, something's not right

I just got back a roll of Kodak TMAX 3200 that I shot with a Pentax K1000. I did something wrong. The grain is off the charts. I shot some of the photos in lighting that I didn’t expect to work at all, but I was surprised by the grain throughout.

I’ll check with the Beers and Cameras Seattle folks to see if they have any suggestions. I hope it’s user error and not the camera. I need to put a bunch of rolls through it to make sure it’s working. It should be. I think I used a mix of sunny16 metering and the camera’s light meter.
