I love a good samosa. Café Argento usually has a batch ready to heat up. Zainab Shaw has a great article about samosas, Pakistan, and hospitality in the New York Times. I may never make samosas, and just the thought of people dropping by unannounced makes me want to dive under the bed and remain dead silent, but I loved reading this article. It was like a quick little trip to Pakistan.
