Shoulda been a tweet: Seattle Times FYI Guy on COVID numbers

Interesting article in the Seattle Times by Gene Balk. It's a pretty detailed look at Seattle's infection rates from mid-November using King County's Health Reporting Areas.

The numbers aren't good anywhere. It will be interesting to see if Governor Inslee's increased restrictions have any effect on pushing those numbers lower. I wonder when or if we'll know the effect Thanksgiving had on case rates.

I know everyone's grappling with difficult decisions, and I try not to judge or be preachy. We all live in glass houses. But if you're thinking of gathering with people for the holidays, please reconsider. Better yet - reschedule. Let's see what these vaccines, combined with an unfortunate number of infections, do with respect to numbers.

How about Christmas in March, after grandma and grandpa have gotten vaccinations?
