On the Streets: Hana Restaurant

On the Streets: Hana Restaurant

I’m not always good about eating at consistent times. I can see the advantages. It seems like it would be healthier, and you’d avoid those food moments akin to going to the grocery store on an empty stomach. Yesterday I skipped breakfast or didn’t have much, and before I knew it, I’d missed lunch.

I headed out the door and walked around Capitol Hill for a bit, but nothing was catching my eye. I decided to duck into Hana Restaurant for a noodle dish. I saw that they offered a poke salad, but I was disappointed to hear that it was on the small side. They pointed out that they had a poke bowl. It was delicious. At $15 it’ll be a while before I treat myself to another one, but my budgetary guilt was assuaged by it doing the work of two meals. The people there are always so friendly.
